介绍:The Good: - Very friendly and enthusiastic guys who run the place. - The Hindu nightmare really is a perfect sandwich. - Reasonable prices - The El Porko, which had terrific roast pork and a garlic aioli that really set it apart. - Really good sandwich bread.
The "meh" - The Ian - it tasted like a dull, bland, sloppy Joe, plus, putting potato chips on top of the thing is pointless since these moist sandwiches just turn them into a coating of wet, mushy chip remnants the moment the sandwich is wrapped up. - The Bob - This time the roast pork was sort've flavorless, and instead of roasted red peppers, the sandwich contained lightly sauteed red peppers. This doesn't work. Roasted red peppers have a different, and more assertive flavor that stands up in a rich sandwich, whereas the sauteed pepper strips were flavorless additions. Also, even though the description of the sandwich said nothing about a potato chip topping, there it was again...that layer of disintegrating chip mush. To be honest, I was actually wondering if the woman who was making the sandwiches that afternoon knew what she was doing and this sort've adds to that suspicion. Sounded like a good sandwich, but was really kind've bland.
