Having spent time in IT and IT Sales,
it was time for a change. Ever a foodie, Brian decided to combine his love for Italian food and meeting people in a new venture. Thus, Basil Thyme! (and complete evaporation of his free time) were born.

Brian likes the Caps and golfing (though, sadly, he's not very good).

At the top of his culinary school class, Malik is as steady as they come. A creative chef, who has worked many cuisines and places here in DC, including Elephant and Castle.

Malik enjoys spending his spare time eating popcorn (not much cooking there) and fishing.
