Job Description: Production Associate
薪资： $17 /hour

Key Responsibilities:
 -Operate and assist in maintaining machinery and equipment used in adhesive production.
- Measure and mix raw materials according to specific instructions, ensuring accurate
proportions.
 -Monitor production processes, assist with adjusting settings and parameters as necessary.
 -Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
 -Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
 -Pack finished products, ensuring they are labeled correctly.
 -Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence and immediate attending
in identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of delivered goods
 -Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
 -Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met.
 -Stay updated on training and best practices in adhesive manufacturing.
