3b的apartment 6月底7月初左右入住，整栋是2000/月，带家具；cue bus车站附近；附近有Best Buy， ChinaStar等很多饭馆和一些超市， 和2个人share （男），一个是Mason在读CS PhD， 一个是刚毕业在Reston工作的CS Master；安静不吸烟无宠物没有不良嗜好，早睡。
要求Master/Phd/Professinal，本科酌情考虑，晚间保持安静，能保持个人房间和公共区域的卫生。房间没有二房东，3个人同时负责。感兴趣的话一起见见吃个饭。 以下是详细信息：

Looking for 1 roommate to share 3b apartment (size varied); sharing with 1 phd student from GMU and one professional young worker recently graduated from GMU (both Chinese) with very nice personality.
The apartment is furnished. The renting fee/everything can be negotiated. Please noted that we only support 12 months lease (no summer breaks). Utilities are shared and spited by 3(we are in peer relationship for the renting so everyone is responsible for maintaining the house).
Graduate student/professionals preferred but not required. No couples please. Clean (both personal and shared areas, especially kitchen and restroom) and Quiet (we need to sleep early so no TV/gaming/talking after midnight required; no snoring please) lifestyle required. Common requirements like no pet, no overnight guest can be negotiated. Meeting/Interview required for the housing (It's hard to find a nice roommate to live for years).
All the three rooms are furnished and large in size (like three master bedroom). Master bedroom has its own bathroom and the price shall be higher. (650/650/750 for 3 rooms without utilities; estimated only).
