Gonna move out in May, so I am looking for sublease. Current lease will end on 6/30/2019 but you can choose to renew. The beneficial for sublease: you can save $200 per person when you sign with the company since, usually, you need to pay 200(moving fee) 50(application fee) per person, if you sign the sublease, you can save $200 per person.

I will leave the room clean and remove all the furniture, but I can leave 2 IKEA desks which are around $100 each as the gift for signing the sublease.

The apartment is on the 10th floor and quite close to the elevator, facing south and is really quiet, including the free access to the gym located on the second floor. Like 30 second walk to Virginia Square - GMU orange line and silver line. Parking is 75$ per month, rent is $2250 per month and you need to set up electric with the electric company, water will be billed directly to your monthly payment.
