实习项目：
此项目共分三个阶段，根据表现和需求，用时4-12周不等
LEVEL 1: 菜鸟起飞（独立完成Task+综合职场技能提升）
LEVEL 2: 协作互助（参与团队Project，用于真实市场投放）
LEVEL 3: 一鸣惊人（实习体验- 择优进组/ Project Manager）
项目全程会由Supervisor进行监督，反馈，支持，保证学生有最大收获！
【优秀实习生推荐至JobUpper合作企业，保证面试，一经录取有机会申请H1B！】
培训项目：
简历修改指导；
面试技巧指导；
美国企业HR求职讲座；
求职点津对话Career Mentor, etc.
其中大部分的项目由职场经验丰富或者在美企业高管（Native speaker）提供，更有Yahoo, Microsoft, Uber，JP Morgan等定向模拟面试！
备注：
1. 进入项目即进入JobUpper人才库，享有JobUpper内推岗位推送。
2. 接受Part-time 和 Full-time
3. 支持CPT 和 OPT
4. 可远程参与项目
5. 项目时间灵活（可根据学生的课程调整实习时间）

Internship Description:
There are three levels in the program. According to your performance, the total duration is four to twelve weeks.
Level 1: Independent Task (General work and OA skills improving)
Level 2: Team Project (True projects that would be used by companies)
Level 3: Internship Experience
Your supervisor will supervise and support you through the program. Feedback and evaluation will be provided to you at the end of each level.
We will refer our excellent intern to our cooperative companies. Interview is guaranteed. You would have the chance to get H1B sponsorship if a job was offered to you.

Career Mentor Session (Professionals from American Companies, from small size companies to large enterprises such as Microsoft, Yahoo, Uber, JP Morgan, etc.);
Note:
1, We accept full-time and part-time interns;

3, You could participate the program remotely;
4, Our schedule is flexible to math your timeline;
5, JU internship program certificate and recommendation letters would be provided to excellent interns;
6, You may join in our on-campus ambassador plan to help us promote our program and get commission.
