Great location, Quiet community and nice neighborhood. 3 minutes' drive to Safeway, BJ's, Giant, LA Mart, 5 minutes' drive to 495, 395, 13 minutes' drive to oldtown Alexandria, and 17 minutes' drive to DC. Two nice parks within walking distance.

This master room has a walk-in clothes closet, a private bathroom, and comes with a bed (I can remove if you'd like to bring your own furniture). Rent is 1000/month, everything included(utility, speedy internet, off-street parking, trash). Lease is currently month-to-month; needs to fill the application and be on the lease. Shared living room.

I'm female, young working professional, work in old town Alexandria, going to the office Monday-Friday. I'm also a part-time student, so busy during the weekend with homework(in coding).
