JOB DESCRIPTION CX Agent Supervised by: CX Team Lead Manager
Responsibilities: 1.Assisting with current and potential customers by communicating via phone, email, and chat 2.Review thoroughly over the collection and maintenance of client’s data 3.Collect additional necessary information fully utilizing call center software and scripts 4.Answer and make calls regarding membership and give technical support to clients 5.Engage frequently with other team members through work communication software 6.Fully understand and comply with company policies and procedures throughoutthe duration of employment 7.Responsible for following WireBarley America Inc. policies and procedures document maintenance, confidentiality or records, and employees' rights.
Qualifications/ Skills 1.Able to work with team and independently 2.Proficiency with MS Office and computer use 3.Excellent communication and presentation skills 4.Ability to speak, type and read fluently in English and Chinese 5.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 6.High school degree 7.Able to drive and have no commuting issues 8.Authorized to work in the United States
Location: Vienna, VA
Office Hours:Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm (including 30min lunch break) Saturday 10 am - 6 pm (once/4-5weeks)
Benefits: Paid vacation & Sick days
Wage: $15 (probationary period), upto $18 after probation
