We are looking for a passionate young talent to join our MD Ecommerce team. As Head of E-commerce Operations, you will take care of E-commerce daily operations and E-Merchandising for FANGYAN.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Own shopify and lead E-Merchandising - Setting up of the store from a product point of view;selection of items to launch in commercial activities;collaboration with teams in order to define layouts and visual materials to support sales;Validation and updating on product information process.
- E-commerce operation:Execution on banner/copy/CTA update and link/assets update;Supporting on store daily and weekly tasks from product perspective;Order fulfillment to support one-stock new normal;Commercial calendar execution and planning support;Logistics material planning and ordering;Coordination with stores on product transferring.
- Digital content and assets planning:Digital Visual Assets plan communication with HQ;Coordination with local marketing team on assets and product selection for events and campaigns;
- Reporting and other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- 2 years of E-commerce and performance marketing related experience - Relevant knowledge and experience of e-commerce and digital media - Ability to build, lead and deliver results with a clear sense of urgency - Good project and time management skill; Strong analytical skill - Ability to assess, hire and deploy the right internal and external resources to achieve the objectives - Must have outstanding communication skills with emphasis on cross functional work environment. - Proactively self-driven, good English in oral and written
