About this position: The case specialist will be given an active caseload through assignments, calls into the office. Casework responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting needs assessments, providing comprehensive assistance, informing clients how our procedure works. This position requires collaboration with both financial law and human services to provide coordinated interventions. This position also requires the ability to maintain detailed records on all casework.
