Qtech is a terrible credit card company. I recommend you not used it. Their customer service is terrible and their manager Andy has a bad personality and horrible attitude. We used it for a couple of months and every months statement increases from the last. When I called the customer service to ask why the lady answer the phone with a rude tone. I asked for the manager she keeps saying the managers not here or at a meeting. It did not fix the problem. We were dissatisfied with this company so we transferred. We didn't have a contract with Qtech but when we cancelled they charged us $875.
